I want a refund for a resource I purchased

AgileMD has a very strong refund policy as part of our Legendary Guarantee. We want you to feel that your investments in AgileMD resources are well worth the money. If you are displeased by a resource's content, the functionality of the app, or the quality of a related service, you are free to cancel your access at any time, for any reason without fee or penalty. We will provide a full refund.

If you purchased the item on the web library at https://agilemd.com/library please email support@agilemd.com and we will process your refund immediately.

If you purchased the item while using AgileMD for iOS, you must first request a refund from Apple using iTunes.

If you purchased the item while using AgileMD for Android and it has been less than 2 hours, you can request a refund from the Google Play Store. If more than two hours have elapsed since your purchase, please contact support@agilemd.com and we will process the refund on your behalf.

In all cases, you should see the charge-back on your credit card within 2-5 days, depending on your bank.
